Himalayan Sherpa Club is established with objectives of football development of Nepal. Himalayan Sherpa Club doesn’t have the long year history but we have achieved most of the things in a very short time. Himalayan Sherpa Club is established on25th September 2006. We played an exhibition game with Nepal Sports Journalist Forum team the same day.
Our main aim was to enter into “A” Division football in a very short time, which was achieved with the help of all Club members, donors, players and well wishers.

Himalayan Sherpa Club was promoted to “A” Division Club in the past year. Himalayan Sherpa Club has also participated in many International tournaments. Himalayan Sherpa Club has won the title of Sindhu Gold Cup, Sayapatri Gold Cup, Butwol and 1st runners up in All Star Cup in Aabu Khaireni. We are also proud of our Club member Lakhpa Sherpa who conquered world’s tallest mountain Mount Everest with our club’s flag.
